Welcome to C.C.C. Auto Electric!
Tell us what your vehicle is doing and I'll help you collect the details for the shop.
Lights, wiring & connections: tell us what stops working.
Electrical problems are not always constant. A brake light may stop working, an accessory may respond only sometimes, or a fault may appear after rain, heat or a recent repair. The more clearly you can describe the pattern, the easier it is to communicate your concern.
Tell us which light or accessory is affected, whether the issue is on one side or throughout the vehicle, and whether the problem changes while driving or after the vehicle sits. Include any recent electrical installations or work already performed.
Use the repair form to describe the concern in your own words. Photos and a short video can help show an intermittent problem that may not happen during every visit.

Common questions about wiring, lights & connections.
What if only one light stops working?+
Identify the exact light and when it stopped working. Tell the shop if a bulb or fuse has already been replaced.
Can you help with intermittent electrical faults?+
Describe the affected function and the conditions that trigger the fault. The shop will confirm whether it can assess your specific vehicle and concern.
Why does a fuse keep blowing?+
Several causes are possible. Share which circuit is affected and any recent installations; the online assistant cannot diagnose the cause.
Should I mention water or weather exposure?+
Yes. Note whether the symptom started after rain, a wash or other moisture exposure.
Do recent repairs matter?+
Yes. Include work done shortly before the concern began, even if it appeared unrelated.
What if an accessory works only sometimes?+
Name the accessory and describe whether bumps, temperature or another action changes its behavior.
Should I send photos or a video?+
The staff intake accepts supporting files during your visit. Show the symptom clearly and avoid including unnecessary personal information.
Do you handle aftermarket wiring?+
List installed equipment and previous modifications. The shop must confirm whether it accepts the specific job.
Can I get an exact quote from the chatbot?+
The assistant collects information for a callback. It should not promise a diagnosis, a fixed price or an approved repair.
What happens after I submit my concern?+
The shop receives your saved request and contacts you about next steps. An appointment is confirmed separately by staff.

Not sure what part is involved? Describe what you see, hear and smell — that is exactly what the intake is for.
